Most of us these days live in our “Heads”, often overthinking and feeling overwhelmed. The mind is a very powerful part of our being and can often sabotage our thoughts and feelings and lead us to take actions that are not in our best interests. From a young age we are programmed with beliefs from our parents and society which get deeply embedded into our sub-conscious mind, and can play out during our lifetime. These beliefs and patterns may not always be good, resulting in negative feelings and beliefs that “I’m not good enough” and “I can’t do this” etc.
For years I “lived” in my head, always over thinking and over analysing everything, so much so that it kept me stuck and I wasn’t able to move forward. It wasn’t until I discovered the power of the mind that things began to really change and a “Shift” took place within me.
I learned how these self-limiting beliefs had been holding me back all these years and it was now time to make changes.
