Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.”
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.

I offer Distance Reiki treatments:
Distant Reiki has equal strength whether I am in the same room as you or in another room, City or Country.
The distance between us is completely irrelevant for Distant Reiki Healing.
By using Reiki in this way, any number of people, animals or events can simultaneously receive the self-healing benefits of Reiki which is instantaneous.
Distance Reiki allows you to receive the benefits of Reiki whilst in the comfort of your own home. You have no need to travel to receive the Reiki, which is often not practical if you have health difficulties.
Reiki works whatever you are doing, so I could send you Reiki whilst you sleep, eat, take a bath, drive to work, watch TV etc… However, it is usually a relaxing and enjoyable treatment which you may want to make time to sit or lie down and enjoy.
It is completely safe and compliments all other forms of therapy. It works alongside conventional medical practice and is fantastic to use in a proactive preventative way to keep your mind, body and spirit in harmony and therefore well. It works by clearing the body of any negative energy, as the new Universal Life Force Energy being channelled, enters the body. I will if necessary, re-balance and unblock your chakras which prevents any stagnant energy building up and dis-ease. I will work on both the emotional/mental body, and physical body.

Distance Reiki treatments usually last between 30 – 45 mins.
I also offer a combination of Breathwork and Reiki sessions to go deep and unblock any trapped emotions or physical trauma in your body.
Breathwork / Reiki Combo = £75.00
Combo Breathwork / Reiki Treatment lasts for 60 mins.
